Try the gun shows. There were some on a table at Markham show a couple weeks ago. They were 5 bucks a pop though. I have about 10 that I've picked up over the years. Like everything else milsurp they used to be cheaper.

I ordered some steyr clips from them last year...no problem.
Was planning on ordering some stuff again soon including carcano clips as I only have 3.
