Anyone shoot 25cal?

Was thinking about this caliber and was wondering if anyone shoots it and would care to comment.
 
I used to. I modified my old Crosman 2240 into a 2260 with a new tube, buttstock, full BNM kit. It did hit a bit harder, but the difference was minimal. Also, given that I shoot about 2500 pellets per year on average, the cost difference didn't seem worth it. I just shoot .22 now for rifles, .177 for pistols.

My pistols will drop a rat dead with a single shot, and my rifles will handle pretty much any small game out there that I generally have access to. I've got a Hammerli Pneuma (same as Hatsan AT44) and an FX Streamline both in .22, and I have zero interest in switching back to a larger caliber.

I was thinking of getting a .25cal barrel for my Condor. What's it like at 100 yards?

JSB has the Hades in .25cal which has me a little more interested in the 25 now.

I don't own a .25. All mine are .22's
Brother has a FX Crown in .25 says very accurate.
Shots indoors @ 40 yds.
Hole'n hole all day...Not sure that's because it's a .25 or because it's an FX.
Beautiful rifle...

What’s your s510 setup? I’m running an S410 tdr fac with a huma reg, I believe it’s shooting around 750fps with 18.13 grains. I need to redial in the scope before trying the hades

Max power around 900-950fps with the Hades if I remember right. Around 400fps on low power and around 600fps on the next higher setting. About 100fps increase per setting for the next two.

What was the accuracy like at 75 yards?
 
I have one of those Trail NP in 25. I use cometa exact king 25gr. It should bein the 800fps zone, but, if the sun ever shines thru our island mist I'll chrony it. The Trail is surprisingly accurate and it's a big fun gun to blast with. I plan on having every air rifle caliber someday, so I have to have at least one in 25.
