Anyone shoot practice rifle grenade?

I have seen online and read on some US forms of guys shooting off dummy rifle grenades. Anyone on here do this kind of thing? Looks like it would be the ultimate game of law darts.

Closest thing we have is the golf ball launcher Can Ammo was selling.
