Anyone shoot it? Any good? Mostly just for plinking and stuff. Found a good stash of it for $5.99 a box of 50. Is this a price that I should be buying lots of it at due to the shortage?

Thanks

Thats still a steep price for .22 You should be able to do better than that. Cabelas has the Remington Bucket of bullets for $99.00 for 1400bullets.

$.12/round is quite inexpensive if it's accurate ammo. I'm paying up to $.20/round for match ammo and find some brands of subsonic ammo are quite accurate for less money.

IMHO awful stuff stay away, if you're concerned about accuracy at all it will foul your barrel so badly you'll have to clean for hours. It's caked in so much bullet lube your hands become sticky just from handling it.

I tried some in .303 British and I would pass on it unless it was really cheap or I really needed it. I was only able to reload it once compared to 8 times so far with my Winchester brass

Considering that one of the nice things about S&B ammo is that it is usually cheaper than most North American brands, I wouldn't be buying any of their rimfire at those prices. Especially for non copper plated stuff. It was only a few months ago that dealers were selling CCI mini-mags for $7.19 per 100 round box.
