Sure, I did, and got decent results. Without trying hard it was staying at 2 inch groups at 100, just like the lighter grains. You will just have to try it and see. Where it made a huge difference was shooting it out of 1/7 twist 8 inch barrel, that was a laser.
I am going to buy another swiss arms, my father wants mine. I was wondering if it was worth it to get 1:7 twist, I can only find one dealer with 1:7 their price is $400 higher than everyone else, the distributor doesn't have any in stock.

You should try some Sierra 69gr MatchKing before quitting on your 1-10" Swiss Rifle.
The difference in performance between a 69gr SMK and a 75 A-Max is not worth getting a new rifle unless you shoot past 600 yards.
US SF have been using 77gr SMK and it's accurate up to 700m.
The 69gr SMK has a 12% lower BC and should be excellent up to 600+ yards if it is accurate from you rifle.
Also a 1-10" barrel twist is much more versatile than a 1-7" twist in that it's lazer accurate with inexpensive 55gr FMJ ammo.
Any reason for using a heavy bullet like the 75gr other than just for fun?
The 55 and the 62 grain from my 1:10 are accurate to 600 yards and group 1.5"@100.
Sure they don't have much punch left at that range but for shooting paper and ringing gongs out to 600,the 55 and 62 grain rounds do a fine job.
