Anyone shooting a CZ 600 Lux?

Who owns or has owned a CZ 600 Lux model? not much on youtube on these models that offer in depth reviews. I'm thinking of picking up one for a hunting rifle.

I really like mine, but it’s a bit heavy. Wouldn’t want be lugging it around the bush all day, I’d get the Alpha if that’s the goal.

The 600 series is push feed is it not? My Lux and FS models are all 550's, which are CRF. I have a 7X64, .30/06 and 9.3X62 in the 550.

Nope. The 600 series are all push feed with the bolt lugs locking into the barrel like an AR, instead of the receiver.

Ye be right on that. I'm so used to Mauser type actions that on a fast glance at the 600 threw me off a tad.
This article describes it, though there is no mention of how the action handles single loading a round thumbed into the chamber.

Had one for a while now, trying to like it, LOP is too long, hard to mount a scope even with 4" eye relief on a pic rail, it's way too heavy, some parts are dinky like mag catch, extractor pin, firing pin, bedding is a dumb set up, plastic insert up front, steel lug through the stock for the rear, not sure how solid that set up is.
Trigger is good, safety is cool, I dunno...lol
