Anyone talked to Dillon lately?

I called for 650 parts between Christmas and New Years; no answer. I figured they were shut down for holidays or something similar.

Called again yesterday and still no answer...sent them an email and no reply yet.

They might all be busy like every other firearm related industry in the states...
 
I've sent them two different e-mails in the last ten days and no response to either of them. I'm thinking they are just too busy with all their usa customers and don't really have the time or inclination to bother with us third world countries.
 
It took me trying several times a day for a few days of busy signals but I got through the week before last.
 
there is a very big panic buy down here in anything gun related . you're hard pressed to find powder/primers/bullets or factory ammo . dillon is likely just swamped .
 
I talked to them at the beginning of last week. Took a dozen tries to get through and 20 minutes on hold before I could talk to anyone. They must be pretty swamped!
 
Got an Email from my sales rep last week (I still have a dealer account with them)..

To paraphrase; We probably don't have it, we are busier then they ever have been, he will be at SHOT and if you need something send an email and wait it will be at least 3 weeks...
 
Sent them an email on the 9th and received a reply on the 10th. Two of my station locators were damaged due to the main platform coming loose. They said they'll mail replacements right away. I'm so impressed of their service
