If you're wondering, I'm talking about this:

Anyways, long story short, I love the original Knoxx Recoil-Supression system, but my fingers are just too short to actuate the pump release while still holding onto the pistol grip. I recognize I'll lose about ten tacticool points, but I think I'll like this one alot better.

Looking to see who owns both, comparisons, etc. Particularly, does one spring versus the original two result in a serious increase in recoil?

erm... im 6'1" with pretty big hands, and i cant hit the slide release with my right index finger without sliding my hand forward a bit on the grip. getting a traditional stock is not going to change this at all - in fact it is even further away.

(btw: the NRS system has absolutely no recoil reduction. No Recoil Suppression. i think youre referring to the normal SpecOps. according to their own promo material, a Knoxx SpecOps reduces recoil up to 95%, and a CompStock reduces by 54%. these figures are probably slightly exaggerated, but it seems to indicate that youll get roughly half the reduction with a Compstopck than you would with a SpecOps.)

Yeah, I just noticed that mistake of mine. Edited my original post to reflect the Knoxx. :p

I have no problems actuating the pump-release with the traditional laminate stock. Actually feels pretty decent, and unlike the Knoxx, doesn't feel like I'm reaching for a blade (of course, the ergonomics were designed for it to be pulled up, not back). I noticed their figures... But I have a feeling they're pretty close.
