Anyone use a trs-25 on a .22lr?

Not qwick detach but only one little Allen key is needed, very good little red dot, one is gonna get on top of my NR Beretta Cx-4 Storm... JP.

I have one for my 10/22 ultralight. Gun weight is 3.75lbs with the mag and trs-25!
For anything under 50yds, this rds is awesome! I was recommended it by fellow CNGers and I can't tell you how right they were.
FYI, some companies sell the rds with a high mount, others just sell the rds alone. There is a price difference of about $40 between shops so it pays to shop around. The cheapest I found in sept was a little store in Calgary. $117 tax in out the door w/ high mount. It's in Kensington but don't remember the shop name.

Have 1 on my storm and on my 10/22.
Great dot for the price and they seem to hold up well.
Also had one mounted on top of my sks and no problems.

The riser is for use on an AR, not needed or advisable for anything else unless you like chin welds. The TRS-25 is an awesome little RDS for the money and probably the best bang for the buck.

Lol, guess it depends where to put the stock. Old school is on the shoulder. New school is in the pocket. Makes a difference where the cheak wield is. Plus some people like co-wit iron sights.
Again, this little scope is best bang for buck.
I sold my riser for $10 + shipping so the rds cost even less!

I am considering one of these bushnell trs-25's for my new 597 instead of a scope. How do you like it on your .22lr?Are the quick detach? Thanks

I have one on my 10/22 mini SOCOM replica, it has been flawless through a couple of thousand rounds. The only complaint I have heard about the TRS is that it doesn't like moisture much and can fog if exposed to rainy conditions. Since I seldom shoot or carry a firearm in the rain this hasn't been an issue for me.

It's in Kensington but don't remember the shop name.

Sounds like Proline Shooters.

I'm probably going to pick up a TRS-25 this weekend for my new .22

Only using it to plink so I think it will suit it perfectly.

Call That Hunting and Fishing Store in Richmond. May have to order a black TRS, but their prices are just as good as anywhere.

I have one that sits on one of my 10/22's and on a Ruger Mark III. Can't decide where it fits best. Thinking I may need another TRS to solve the problem.

I had one on my 10/22 but didn't like shooting it at 100yds. For use under 50 yds it would have worked well for me, they are a decent scope, but I couldn't see the bullseye hiding behind the red dot at 100yds. I replaced it with a Bushnell 3x9 and found it a lot better.

I havea TRS25 on my 10/22 and love it. It holds it zero and for plinking out to 50 yards it is fast and reliable.

I also have one of those cheap lasers (thanks CanAm!) that you clamp onto your barrel. I co-witnessed it to my sighted in TRS-25 (25 yard zero).

I tried it for the first time at the range yesterday. I shot it rapidfire at 25 yards from the hip just with the laser on the centre of the target.

I was astonished that it shot a tight less than 2" circular pattern with 25 rounds of 555s.:ar15:

I'm going to mount one onto my Benelli MR1 just for fun!
