Anyone using Ramshot Hunter for milsurp calibers?

So I’m looking for an alternative to IMR 4064 for my milsurp bolt guns. Just wondering if Ramshot hunter is a decent choice for the more popular wartime rounds. Or, alternatively, is there another powder (that’s actually available right now) that would be a better choice?

A list of calibres I currently use 4064 in that I plan to reload:
-6.5x52 Carcano
-6.5x55 Swed
-30-06 Spring
-7.5x54 French
-7.5x55 Swiss
-303 Brit
-7.62x54R
-8x57 Mauser
-8x50R Lebel
-32 Remington
-35 Remington

Any info would be appreciated as I would like to save my dwindling supply of IMR 4064 for my Garand and Ljungman as I’ve more or less perfected the load for those rifles.

Ramshot Hunter is in between 4350 and 4831 for burn rate. Similar to Winchester StaBALL or H100V

Should be good for 6.5x55 and 30-06 of what you listed

Sorry, I was referring to “big game” as previous posters recommended. I’m aware hunter is available so I wanted some people to chime in with experiences with it before I try it.

Alternatively I’m looking for recommendations of powder I can actually buy in todays market that’s a good alternative to 4064.

I may not use hunter at all, I’m leaning more towards H380 now.

Good info. Thank you. I may also try H380 as through online research I’ve found people using in in pretty well every calibre I’ve listed.

Hunter is a staple for 30-06 with 180 grains. High speed and extreme accuracy with more than one bullet at around 57-58 grains. it will exceed the speeds obtained with IMR 4064 by around 200 fps. This is from a Browning BAR. And it is available right now from one of the sponsors for $56 per Lb.
