Thoughts and performance. Is this brake deafening on a shorty

I have two older Dlask brakes on M305's that I had cut to 18.5 inch. Neither are the new one (xb-6) but the two I have are not excessively loud. I muff up each time but i don't think there is a huge difference between the Dlask braked shorties or my 22 inch with factory FH.
