Anyone using the Hor. .223 50gr V-max?

I have about 500 50gr v-max for savage that I got from mid south a while ago (before the export permit thing). Anyway, I was wondering if anyone else is using these? What powder are you using?

I use them, using 24.4 gr IMR-3031. Shoot nice 100 and 200 yard groups. I haven't cronographed them yet. The Serria manual states it should be in the 3700 FPS range (Going off memory here!)

I like them for gophers, in my 223 or 223AI with large amounts of Varget or Tac. Very fast and accurate.

20 gr of H4198 works well for the 55 gr AMax out of my 1:12 twist barrel.

wouldnt shoot as tight as the nosler bt in my 223, so I traded off the box I had

Imr 4895

That bullet with IMR 4895 and match primers, in either my .22-250 or .223, regularly shoots half minute of angle or less at 100 yds in either rifle. (OK, so my .22-250 isn't mine anymore. My son got his hands on it. Sorry son, I know you will read this.) My .223 especially likes them. Gophers and marmots don't care for them at all.
