Anyone who's received a new cert for their Krinker Plinker...

Well we don't have the SOURCE FACTS from SXYGLOCK17 yet.

I understand, but when i hear rumors like these I always assume the worst. The Government has yet to let me down in that regard.

And how much of a rumor could it be if people are actually receiving certificates that are reclassifying their 10/22s from unrestricted to restricted?

How the hell is that a flash hider, brake or other muzzle device counts towards the OAL if it's pinned, but a stock doesn't, even if it's pinned in the open position?

WTF kind of rules are these?
Who makes these rules?

So are you saying...that since I have an 8" barrel on my Krinker and I have fixed the stock with JB Weld but have not notified the CFC...I am now in possession of an illegal firearm?

Need some clarification? what action do I need to take?

your rifle is still a "10/22" and you have done nothing to change the classification of it since the rifle is still over 26" long. End of story. This looks to be a very isolated case. I would not even call and ask and give them any ideas on falsely interpreting the law (which is in fact what they’re doing in this case)
