I don't want to drive to Edmonton to get involved in service rifle, Is there anything out here?

where do you live? I have a cabin at Brightsand Lake, near Turtleford... I'd be glad to drive out and do one of the Edmonton style matches out there before it snows, or early in the spring...

There was some discussion of setting up a service rifle match at the SPRA (Northstar range in Nokomis) next season. Drop me a PM if you're interested!

Ditto on using Northstar Range. It is open for all members to use and for any recognizable competition the mind can dream up.

When we inaugurated the range in 1998, we had F Class, Service Rifle A and B, target rifle and target rifle optical shooters for the first match. Take your pick what else you want to use.
