AP-74 Magazines legal?

I just realized something...
I have some 15 round magazines from a Jager AP-74 listed on the EE. Do these mags fall under the unlimited capacity rules for rimfire, or because the AP-74 is classed as restricted (why I have no idea...) do they have to be pinned to a certain capacity? If so, please let me know so I can remove them from the EE and the RCMP won't kick down my door and throw me in prison.

Perfectly fine since it isn't a pistol magazine.

Side not, some of those Armi Jager guns were quite cool. I wouldn't have minded a .22LR Galil.
