just bought a apc223 non restricted version. the butt stock is too low. the ACR stock and adapter solution is bit expensive and hard to find right now. i wonder is there a cheek riser for it?
i saw there is a cheek riser made by CUSTOMSMITH in US, but they dont ship to Canada. Is there any dealer could get it to Canada?

On my B&T I just went with very low mounted red dot (RMR). Then the APC stock is just fine.

If you need clearance for high power optic, you can always use velcro cheek risers as a cheap solution. I used them on mosins, M14s etc and they are OK.

Skip that ACR stock and the 3D printed stuff.

Go to Wolverine supplies and get the B&T AR stock adaptor. Use a magpul CTR stock and add a 0.50 riser. Recycle all your AR parts here.

This will make your optics designed for AR15 work again.

thank you all for.your recommendations. i think i will go with a RMR.

Aimpoint H2/T2 is a better red dot. I have both. RMR is on restricted as it only sees the range. For outdoors Aimpoint is a head above RMR, IMO.

Note that the Dan Haga Designs B+T APC to ACR Buttstock Adapter is now machined from Billet Aluminum vice 3D Printed Nylon. If you are in need of a riser for your B+T APC, there is no more satisfactory solution than than the ACR Buttstock IMHO. It totally changes the fitment of the rifle/carbine/SMG for the better as compared to the OEM factory stock. The factory Buttstock is optimized for a low-mount red-dot optic, which is fine as far as it goes. If you want magnified optics however, you you really owe it to yourself to get the Bushmaaster ACR Buttstock.

The B+T Adapter that allows the use of a Magpul CTR Buttstock with optional Cheek-Risers will function well enough, but it looks awkward, out of place, and "low rent" on a firearm costing in excess of $4K! The ACR Buttstock on the other hand, actually complements and enhances both the form and the function of the B+T APC series of Firearms.
