I've tried the 1-800 number a few time and been told there is an unprecedented call volume to call back later. Does anyone know if I can send both my RPAL and my wifes PAL together in the same envelope?

i tried yesterday and they were closed yesterday due to weather. i imagine they have a backlog of calls today.

on the other hand, it rang twice before they picked up my call at around 11 this morning... guess i got lucky

I think you're suppose to wait 2 weeks, so I'd call since its been over that

i called 2 days after they received it and the 4 or 5th day it was online...

all interviews were done on day 12/13 and i had called on day 14 to inquire and she said i just had to wait for 14 more days.

fast forward 14 days i called again and they had informed me that my license is valid, and that it should be in the mail..
