first post here so please go easy on me if I missed a similar thread, I sent in my pal/rpal application 4 weeks ago now, I sent it express mail and they received it on Friday the 2nd of September. It is now coming up on three weeks and still the application is not even showing up in there system yet and every time I call they just tell me to call back next week and it's starting to get old...is there any advise out there on how to start the ball moving so to speak?

I suggest you just look every other week on their website and don't spend any time thinking about it. It took me about six weeks (? maybe it was eight) before my references got the call. See it as a pleasant surprise when it finally happens. It does and it doesn't take months. It takes weeks.
It's the start of the hunting Season and they'll be quite busy.
However, you sent your documents express mail. They received it (from tracking) on the 2nd of September. Your 28 days for an RPAL, started on that day. You're almost there. I suggest you give them a call on Friday. They should be in a good TGIF mood.
