ar-15/870 combo

well i started a new project today mounting a reming 870 on a ar-15 bushmaster 14.5" with quad rail i was just wondering if anyone had suggestions on how to mount this i have a detachable scope mount on my 870 and i'm using a dlask 12.5" barrel

Try modifying a heavy duty scope mount to pinch the barrel of the the 870?

Add a rail to the 870 and make a double-rail mounting bracket?

How do you measure the OAL on that rig? From the butt of the AR or 870 alone?

IIRC since the 870 shotgun is mounted ONTO rifle, the AR-15 is just considered a long buttock. I'd think it would be front of the 870 to the back of the collapsible stock.

You will need to have the mount attach onto the AR15 barrel nut

just wondering if remington will export that mount it like very solid if so do u think queastar could import it?
