AR-15 Barrel maker question

I need to replace the barrel on one of my ARs, I figure I will go with something real nice but hate the weight of the heavy barrels, do any of the quality barrel makers have a Govt. Profile barrel in 1/7
or 1/8" twist??.

The only brand that I found that had a selection of barrels in 1/7 was CMMG. Arms East used to bring them in (old link - http://www.armseast.com/cmmgmain.html). CMMG has all their various profiles listed on their site - http://cmmginc.secure-mall.com/shop/?cart=1708298&cat=67&

As to their quality, a search brings up mixed reviews, most complaints are related to low supply.
