I like the idea of having a sale, however your tag line is terrible.
"Get em before they're banned!"
To me that sounds like "buy them so we're not stuck with inventory we can't sell!" or "buy them so you're the one getting screwed not us!" - the govt said there would be a buy back which implies no grandfathering...

This is a brand new stock item that would be returned, to manufacture... them lowering there price and advertising as such is a good move to get more of these rifles in the hands of Canadian gun owners.

First, it would likely go to the distributor not the manufacturer. Second, what says the distributor would be willing to take back a bunch of unsellable merchandise? It's not their fault if they get banned. Could the distributor then return it to the manufacturer? Does the manufacturer have to take it back?
These questions I don't have answers for...
