If you don't mind the restricted status nothing can touch the AR-15, if you want non restricted then you're going to be spending a lot more money for a quality rifle.
The WK180 is about $1000 and looks like it will be a decent rifle that should work fine. I own an Armalite AR180B-2 and it's a great rifle, the WK180 is based off of the Armalite but built by Kodiak Defense, My only experience with Kodiak products is I've looked at a couple of their SKS chassis and they seemed to be decent but the machining and finish was not as good as a more expensive product. If you're OK with functional but maybe not as pretty and as long as you understand that the 180 is not and will never be an AR-15 (the aftermarket support is not there) you'll enjoy the rifle.
Buy it and enjoy it for what it is and you'll be happy but if you buy it thinking you're going to buy parts for it that will make it into an AR-15 or that you're going to transform it into a 1 moa or better sniper rifle you'll be disappointed.
