AR-15 Guidance...

Hey all,

I've been waiting for long enough and finally decided to purchase an AR-15 rifle. I'm looking for a shorty with a 16" barrel and wondering what make should I go for and where in Canada is the best place to buy these.

I was thinking about a Stag Arms from Arms East so let me know if anyone has had dealings with them.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Quantities of rifles have been limited for the past few months, we're just now getting out of a bit of regulatory interruption in supply, but do have some interesting 16" carbines coming to market when we reopen on the 27th.

I bought a Stag and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another. I'd also consider an LMT, but for my use, the price difference is hard to justify.

The only problem I had purchasing online was checking my mailbox every 10 minutes to see if it had arrived yet.

Armseast now has 16"ers with railled handguards for around 1500 for the complete rifle, thats an awesome deal.

You are going to want to buy a SP1. There are two selling in the EE rite now for $1100 each.

As to the OP, 16" are quite common around so call dealers and look in the EE and see what kinda upper you want, then buy.
