AR - 15. Magpul Handguard help

I assume that it has a pistol length gas system on a 7.5" barrel, so you would have to do a whole lot of modifications to even feasibly begin to believe that it could work.
The magpul hand guards are not free float and need the end cap behind the gas block and the delta ring on the receiver end to hold them in place.
You would need a carbine length gas system to use the carbine length hand guard.

If you want to keep it simple, yeah.
There is the crafty way, where here Handgaurd cap is mounted behind the muzzle attachment instead of the gasblock that lets you use a carbine length handgaurd.
You need a low-pro gasblock and you loose the ability to have a front iron, but it looks slicks.
I think you need some sort of collar to shim between the muzzle and the cap.
