AR-15 Problems, Please help!

I scratch built a 10.25 inch upper for my son........

Worked fine with no tricks or special parts what so ever...

It can be done.........specially if I can do it.
 
I run a 7.5" factory Wilson on my Bushy lower. Never a hick-up . It digests everything. Quality parts and craftsmanship make the difference. DO NOT drill out your gas port. Send yours back for an exchange or refund.
