Ar-15 upper/lower fit problem

I have a large hole Colt upper and a small hole Norinco lower. Does anyone know of a source of an adapter bushing THAT SHIPS TO CANADA? Or a different solution?

You could try Brownells.
DPMS makes a bushing, and they are on the list for export.
