You are right. I think most people who get there Restricted license Buy a Pistol then right to the AR15 Long live The Norincos. they make them affordable for the young and new shooters. Lets put a AR15 in everyone's safe If it's a Norc or a colt we fight with numbers. I HOPE that one day our government will realize gun owners of Restricted are good people
