Ar-180B .223 Bullet choice ????

I'm about to reaload for an AR-180B .223 the barrel is 1to9

So I can't choose on a bullet... I 've seen that there are some .224 and some .223 bullets ...which on should I use..

After in a 1 to 9 barrel I think it is better to shoot some bullets aroud 70 gr.. Is that right..

If some of you would have a recipe It would be fine..

You want .224 bullets.

I would suggest 69 grain Sierra Match Kings over varget. Start at 24 grains of varget and work up. The Sierra manual says 25.3 grains of varget is max under this bullet.
