That is a very interesting K98k! How is the bottom metal numbered? It appears to lack the top final and rr acceptance. Is the barrel code 44D933? It appears to be from the second hand stamp series made around the h block of production and the barrel code would confirm this.

I looked at the additional pics in the sticky. Obviously the bottom metal has issues. Floor plate has been replaced. Barrel code is just 44D33? That would make it an earlier hand stamp. Bolt is m/m?

Yes it is a bolt mismatch and the floor plate was replaced sometime during ite service life .but im lucky to have it all the same

Ok, it's an early hand stamp series then. Probably built around the no letter block production of byf44's.

Wait, I misread that. You said it was 449D33? It would be 44D933 if there is a 9 in there. That would make it around the h block of byf44 production. Second series.
