AR armorers guides/manuals,

I'm pretty new to this whole black rifle thing (shot my first one when I bought a DD Mk12) love em love to shoot em clean em (most days) and I'm hoping to get a build underway sometime. Just wondering what a good but of reading would be on the subject, so any recommended books/guides/manuals would be great. Of course any advice at all in how to begin/proceed would be awesome. Thanks all

Youtube/Google is you friend

I learned almost everything about guns there. I made my last AR15 from parts with basic tools and youtube. When I want infos on a particular firearm I Google it and there is always hundreds of sites and videos.

Colt canada has a users manual and armourers manual on their website (or did, the whole site seems to be offline just now). They are good basic complete manuals.

Gun smithing the ar15 by Sweeney has been recommended to me. And yeah the interwebs but sometimes it's nice to have a real book.

Get a m16a2 military shop manual and a m16a2 military shop manual.

The USMC and USAF tech manuals are great reads as well....Picked them up and read them cover to cover before building my first rifle...not hard to find on fleabay...

I've learned everything about firearms from either my father, various instructors during one on one courses and google/youtube. are any of the books available through kobo?

Lots of the gov't issued manuals are available as PDFs, which I think kobo will read
