Where can I find a decently made tool in Canada?

Tapco makes a good one, surprisingly. Got mine from Brownell's, don't know where to find one in Canada.

I just picked up an armours' kit from ctcs, it comes with the vice holding blocks, the wrench multi tool.. I actually have to pick it up from the post today so ill keep you posted if theres anything else in that box.

Pickup the Magpul BEV block. It works for both the upper and lower.

They are tools, not firearm parts and should not be regulated under ITAR. If you're trying to order them from Brownells, they won't ship Magpul items to Canada.

Pick up the barrel and castle nut tool that spikes makes. If you love well built tools , these are cats ass

Yup. You can find some good deals on Amazon but some places that sell through Amazon are ripoffs like a Harris bipod for $190 plus shipping?! If it ain't free Supersaver shipping, I don't buy it.

Can you offer some examples, svp? I've been using an NC Star wrench that I got in a used package deal and it's worked fine for me so far, but I've been considering picking up a better quality wrench.
