AR Barrel and sight block installation

I want a 14.5 inch barrel for my AR build and i cant seem to find any with the front sight pre installed. This seems like a real pain in the ass to have someone do. Is it? Watching the youtube vids it looks like there is drilling involved. Anyway does anyone know where a 14.5 inch barrel could be found with all the hard to install bits already installed?

Saskatoon Gunworks has some barrels with the FSB already pinned , I didn't see a 14.5" , but you could give them a call or email about it , they're good to deal with .
I got a 16" mid length barrel with FSB for a build from them , very happy with the balance of it .
