I think I saw the reciever clamp on Questar's site. Maybe Marstar as well.

I agree. Order them up from Brownell's. It completely supports the upper for changing barrells, I use them at work often enuf and have had no problems. There is also a handy lower receiver mag housing insert that allows you to hold the lower steady in the vice while working on the buffer tube or changing out the smaller components.
Plus, as it's a tool, not a gun part, there should be no import restrictions.
