AR bolt catch/release

After seeing the B&T APC 223 i'm wondering if there are any AR lowers out there with a bolt catch/release lever designed essentially like that where i can run it with my shooting hand to both engage and release the bolt without those hideous levers that take up room inside the trigger guard. Anyone know of any?

And i'm also wondering why the AR never evolved to have that anyways.

The LMT MARS, and the LWRC M6IC are the ones that come to mind.

Im sure there are more. There are lots like the KAC that will release the bolt, but not as many that can engage it from the right side.

Found the Ranier Arms/ATAX A-DAC lower which essentially has what i want. I'm not exactly sold on the idea of having it actuated by the magazine release, but I also don't see any reason that would be a bad idea. I'm looking specifically from something to engage the bolt catch on the right side. I don't particularly care for release, though that would be a bonus.
