AR Charging Handle Cramped by Scope

I cannot get the fingers of my right hand in there to grab the T handle. I find it is easy to reach around with my left hand and rack it.

I notice there are modified handles available. Do they address this issue? What should I know before ordering one?

For my 3gun gun, I use a steel charging handle and an extended lever.
I think the lever I have is from Badger Ordinance.

I just use my left hand and the left side to charge if needed.

I have the Vortex PST and I just mounted it a little farther forward with the cantelever AR mounts. I can still get either hand above it.

The Raptor works perfectly for me.

Easy charging with either hands and I can grab it from right under my scope if I want to pull on both sides.

My vote goes to the Raptor

You could also consider a cantilever mount which will move the scope out over the fore grip more. Unless that would mess up your cheek weld too much.

+1 on that. It's a one sided operation with the extended latch.
