AR gunsmith?

Hello boys,
I'm wondering if anyone can recommend an AR gunsmith that is a) half decent, b) won't break the bank and, c) doesn't have a 2 year lead time....
The issue - I have an Olympic Arms Ar-15a2 variant (I think it's called the CAR-15 with the "stop sign"), it wants to shoot around corners; when I put a laser bore-sighter in it, the dot is way off to the right and even with the rear sight cranked all of the way over to the left, it still doesn't line up. My thinking is:
A) the barrel is buggered (I don't really think so because the laser is nice and straight, the rifle fires and cycles fine)
B) the upper receiver is buggered (it would seem to me to be an issue where the barrel meets the upper receiver)
C) someone removed the barrel and re-installed it crooked
D) the sights themselves
E) other
Because I'm lazy, busy and not an AR smith, I'm thinking that my best bet is to just ship it out and say "fix it"....So, anyone know of someone? I'm in the arctic so it will be going out by mail, therefore it doesn't really matter where in the country that it goes.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Greg at tier one armory. Spent years as a weapons tech if I recall correctly, doesn't get much better than that in terms of an "AR gunsmith" in my opinion.

For the cost to ship and the smith work just order a new barrel, wrench and action block so you can dobit yourself.

You can ship it to me if you want, I'll have a look at it and if I can't figure it out I'll take it to Greg at Tier One Armoury. Anything I do will be free other than the cost of parts and if I need to take it to him I'll bill you exactly what he charges and then ship it back to you with the receipt in the case. Only actual shipping costs as well, I won't bill for fuel or anything silly. I've built a few AR's and they're pretty simple, should have it back in the mail to you within a week unless it needs to go in to the shop.
If the upper receiver is warped or something I can source parts here and assemble it for you, once again only bill for parts, my time is free. Just send the upper as well to save on shipping and having to deal with shipping restricted.
PM me if you're interested.

Your front site tower is not lined up with the barrel extension index pin, or your front sight tower is crooked.

Get a straight edge and line it up over the front sight and rear sight, that will tell you if the front tower is crooked.

Get a rubber mallet and swing at the front sight base. That's how the factory would try to do before more expensive rework.

There is really no easy cure for it unless you ditch the entire barrel or installing a set screw type gas block ( your barrel is drilled already, cannot be re-drilled) If that bothers you, you may as well buy a new complete upper because the Olympic arms upper is really not worth anything.
