okay, bit of an odd request/ question as I don't know AR handguards that well and don't have one nearby to look at.
I have a TD 9mm with the round handguard, I'd like to chop the hand guard back, and use the small remaining section, which is 1.5" in diameter as a fixture point for an ar quad rail.
Is there a 2 piece ar handguard, that can be bolted together, and will have a little bit less than a 1.5" id barrel channel?
There is no easy way to swap it out like the JR unfortunately.
can anyone help a cgn'er out?
