AR loading problem

So at the range today about -4 not to bad, lots of oil on the AR CMMG. i get about 10-12 good mags off then all of a sudden I have to recharge the bolt for each round? I could still see tons of oil on it, slight grinding sound on the buffer spring but cleaned it and it was still doing it? any help would be great thnx:ang3
 
any pics of buffer tube to lower area avail.? Does buffer pop out when you open rifle?
Only other thing I have seen is gas block shift(poorly secured) and thus misaligning gas tube to gas key. Improperly staked gas key?
Some pics would likely help a bit.
