AR Mag....not really an AR Mag? Identification help please.

Hi guys,

I found a mag in the basement that I thought was an AR mag. On further examination it will not fit in either of my ARs. It looks just like an 30 rd AR mag only a few millimeters taller and a wider opening. The follower is also a slightly different shape.

Could this be a mini 30 mag? It does not even fit in my Mini 14, but I cant think of what else it could be for...

...Any thoughts?

ive got ammo for guns ive never owned, holsters for guns for guns i dont own any more and guns i have still not shot, its what being a gunut is all about
