That "dude" is Paul Buffoni, he owns the company and founded it. He's also a Marine(ret.)

On a side note, I'm sure NEA/BCL does the same level of testing. No doubt S&W does, PSA, Bushmaster, Remington, Norinco, etc..

The difference being that companies like BCM are actively trying to eliminate lemons. Their obsession is with quality, not quantity. I don't see or know of any other manufacturer who tests their products as thoroughly.

Easy tiger. From the video I could easily ascertain he owned the company. I'm thinking you own a few BCM rifles.
