AR Question - MK II Renegade reciever dimensions

Good afternoon all,

I am looking at the MRA mk2 receiver kit to replace my upper and lower. (I know it pulls on the heart string to do it) The rifle in standard configuration with the standard ar receiver (7.75" long) stock fully collapsed is exactly 26.1" OAL.

I'm curious as to what the dimensions are on the mk2 receiver. I can't find them on the website. It appears it is an inch longer. I want to ensure the rifle will be NR once complete.

Do any of you know the length of the MRA reciever?

I have a 10.5 inch barrel on mine fully collapsed with a Magpul stock the gun measures 26.5 inches . Mine made for one slick legal tractor rifle on the farm.
 
I was measuring from barrel tip without flash can to buttstock fully collapsed. (26.1") I didn't think the muzzle can was counted as OAL because it can be removed. I'm sitting at about 27 3/4 -28" to the end of the buffer tube with the muzzle device installed and 28 3/4 - 29" with the muzzle device and butt stock installed. I want to make sure I'm covered either way.
It appears it will be good to go.

To anyone who has installed the kit, is the "torque rod" MRA sells required for installation?
