ar receiver extension tubes

Lately there has been a lot of discussion of the CTR stock... with respect to milspec and commercial dimensions.
Will milspec and commercial ar lowers accept both milspec and commercial receiver extension tubes?

Yes both tubes will fit the lower.

The receiver is the receiver, both types of extensions fit. Just use the correct dimension stock for the receiver extension.

The threads of both commercial and milspec are the same 1-3/16x16 thread, the diameter of the extension tube is smaller with the milspec. Therefore a milspec stock will be too tight on a commercial extension.
