Trying to decide between Troy or BAD ASS. Any thoughts, suggestions or comments on the 2? Or possibly another brand that is available to order online in Canada?
Badass is the best safety out there, I like being able to make the right side smaller so it dosnt dig into my hand as well as left side longer since I have little girl thumbs.
Never used the troy, but have the BAD ASS on my Multigun rifle. Works well. Positive clicks. Put a standard on the left and a short on the right. Easy to throw. No complaints.
I put a Troy ambi on my wife's AR. It installs with a little locking pin you have to depress with a paper clip and then it locks in place. No screws to loosen.
You decide which side the larger lever will be on.
I have the Noveske STS, it's a short trow (60*) ambi using the Magpul SCAR long and short selector lever.
I didn't try anything else so hard to compare but it works well enough for me not to feel the need to look for something else.
