AR scope help?

i want to put a scope on my new ar but the forward rail doesnt seem that sturdy.
if i put one of the scope rings on there i feel that ill never be able to sight it in becuase the forward rail will move slightly
any suggestions ?

Pepr mount is your best option... or something similar.

Always mount optics on the reciever, not on a hand-guard rail. (It will be ok for cqb, but not any longer distance precision work).

Yup, get yerself a cantilever scope mount. The Burris PEPR and Vortex ones are mid-priced (I'm sure there's cheaper but also much more expensive ones too) but pretty solid.

I'm also looking into optics and had seen the Warne RAMP cantilever mount. Anyone use one of these?
