AR trigger re-set

Hello

my AR trigger is not reseting every few shots. i have installed an armilite two stage match. two things: i have it on the lowest seting and i have installed an anti walk pin. i was wondering with the pin there is no groove for the j spring in the hammer. should i take the j spring out?

i think i found the problem. i took out the trigger pin and it is scratched and grooved. i think what ever coating is on it makes it to thick. so i just put the original pins back in for now.
