AR upper build

How about a Noveske 18" SPR from Armtac? $640.?

I was looking into the DD 18" S2W barrel and it has gotten some good reviews. Most reviews have shown sub-MOA groups.
 
I tried one of the NEA barrels. Fortunately I had a number of bolts, because selective assembly was necessary to achieve proper headspace. As far as accuracy goes it is OK.
