ar15 7.5inch red dot help

I am of the opinion that a rifle this small is more suited to iron sights. The whole point of a small rifle is to be compact. Jamming a big bulky optic on top is the opposite of that. PDW's are intended for close range work so irons are fine for that.

What is the muzzle device on the rifle? If its a brake I bet it comes off after the first time you shoot it. Brakes on shorty rifles are ........ HORRIBLE!

+1

I had a brake on a shorty.... felt like someone was punching me in the nose every shot.
People ran in from the parking lot to see what was going on.....

The brake of my XCR pistol is great way to see who is wearing a hair piece

As for red dot look at the new Lucid Micro 7 SFRC will be bring in.

I use a cheapy Sightmark reflex red dot sight (I know, I know...). Nice and small and co-witnessed to the irons.

Absolutely!, a linaer comp is a must. I have a Hera arms on mine, but the xb1 from Dlask arms is great on my vz58 pdw.
I have a eotech 512 on mine, but currently looking for nice fiber optic iron sight to replace.
Stick with a good set of irons you won't regret.

Eotech and a PWS CQB muzzle device. A match made in heaven.
