Ok I want to add a back up rear sight to my 16"ar15 thats sporting an eotech

I want somthing thats adjustable and will fold down out of the way

what do you guys recomend?

You can get the Matech US Army issue BIS on Ebay. It's a pretty simple aperture sight that is spring-loaded and has adjustments for up to 600 m.

Folded:

I saw a set on Ebay awhile back for $199 for the set. I know where they can be purchased (only a few left) for about $280. Excellent choice though!

For folders, I've heard nothing but good things about Troy. KAC would be good as well, but there is a lot of airsoft junk floating around that people try to pass as real KAC. Make sure it's the real thing. I've never been a big fan of the arms#40, don't know why. I've had pretty good luck with the GG&G mad on mine.

The ARMS 40 BUIS cgn user winter gave me works good. flips down all the way. cowitnesses with my lo-pro aimpoint and fs so give that a try? I like it because it adjusts just like the old c7a1 rear sights. easy to use.

KAC 300 for me...YMMV. It is afterall a "backup" sight. I have never understood the need for multi apertures or why a BUIS flips up with the small aperture but I am only a rec. user not a pro.
