AR15 Barrel index pin

Anyone know where to find a barrel index pin in Canada? Stupid AAC barrel don't come with one of those.

The indexing pin for the barrel extension? What brand barrel did you buy? Every single AR barrel I bought had a factory installed index pin.

It is just a simple dowel pin tapped into the hole. Make one.

I got the AAC 300 blk barrel from brownells. Everything in the description on both brownells and AAC website said its a complete barrel. I open the package tonight, ta-da. Pin is missing. I wonder if a 1/8 roll pin will do? I know it doesn't take or bear a lot of torque.

No it will not. Get a proper steel pin. A roll pin is insufficient and inappropriate for the job.

Contact Brownells and tell 'em that your barrel is missing the index pin and they ought to ship you one.

WTF?!!! That's messed up...I would definitely contact Brownells.

I will contact them for sure. But just for the mean while, I wanna see if any one here in canada has one
