AR15 Buffer Spring Retainer?

I'm having a problem with my AR, everytime the bolt is pulled back then released the buffer spring retainer and retainer spring comes out of its place and lands in my trigger group? Any help is welcome. Thanks

I figured out the problem, I didn't have my buffer tube screwed in far enough to hold down my retainer. Thanks
